आदरणीय अभिभाबक तथा प्यारा बिद्यार्थी भाई बहिनिहरु,
प्राविधिक शिक्षा तथा व्यावसायिक तालिम परिषद को आङिक शिक्षालय को रुपमा बि.स २०७४ सालमा यो एग्रोफरेस्ट्री पोलीटेक्निक ईन्स्टिच्युट को स्थापना भएको हो। अर्घाखाँची जिल्ला को छत्रदेव गाउपालिकामा अवस्थित यो संस्थाले हाललाई डिप्लोमा बाली बिज्ञान र डिप्लोमा पशु बिज्ञान गरी दुइवटा कार्यक्रम सन्चालन मा ल्याएको छ। यस्का अलावा,स्थानिय समुदायको आवश्यकता तथा स्थानिय निकायको माग अनुसार छोटो अवधीका बिभिन्न सिपमुलक तालिम सन्चालन गर्दै आइरहेको छ।
एउटा जिम्मेवार प्राबिधिक शिक्षालयको जिम्मेवार पद मा बसिरहदा मेरो ध्यान सधैंब शिक्षालयको बिकास सङै प्रशिक्षक-प्रशिक्षार्थी मैत्री बातावरण बनाउने तर्फ नै केन्द्रित रहन्छ। विद्यार्थीहरुको पठन-पठान लाई सहज् बनाइ प्रबिधीमैत्री कक्षाकोठा बनाउन अघिल्लो बर्षदेखी प्रत्येक् कक्षाकोठा मा ओभर हेड प्रोजेक्टर जडान गरिएको छ। जस्ले गर्दा ज्ञान को लागि किताब मै निर्भर रहनुपर्ने बाध्यता हटेको छ र विद्यार्थीहरुले राष्ट्रिय तथा अन्तरराष्ट्रिय क्षेत्रमा बिकास भएका प्रबिधी तथा सिपहरु बहुआयामिक तरिकाले अध्ययन गरिरहेका छन। विद्यार्थीको पढाई सङ्सङै अर्को महत्वपूर्ण पक्ष ब्यक्तिगत स्वास्थ हो र ब्यक्तिगत स्वास्थ सिधै पिउने पानी सँग सम्बन्धित छ भन्ने कुरा निर्क्योल गरेर शिक्षालय परीसर भित्र २४ घण्टा प्रसोधित पिउने पानीको ब्यबस्था गरेका छौ। यो प्रशिक्षक-प्रशिक्षार्थी दुबैलाइ समान रुपले उपलब्ध छ। तत्काल को लागि सबै विद्यार्थीलाई छत्राबासको सुबिधा उपलब्ध गराउन नसकेपनी टाढाबाट आउने छत्रा विद्यार्थीलाई मध्यानजर गरी छत्राबास उपलब्ध गराएका छौ। छत्राबास मा बस्ने विद्यार्थीहरुलाई रातिको समयमा असहज महसुस नहोस् भन्नकालागी अटोमेटिक सोलार लाइट जडान गरेका छौ, जस्ले गर्दा विद्यार्थी को सुरक्षा र सकृयता बढ्ने छ भन्ने कुरामा मैले विश्वाश लिएअको छु। यि यावत कुराहरु मैले शिक्षालय को बर्तमान अवस्था र ब्यबस्था प्रतिनिधित्व हुने गरी राखेको हुँ।
बिद्यालय को पढाई सकेपछी आफ्नो भविश्य खोज्दै पहिलोपटक घर छाडेर टाढा जानुपर्दा उनिहरुमा आउने मानसिक परिवर्तन को बारेमा शिक्षालय सजक छ। उनिहरुलाई जुनसुकै बखतमा जस्तोसुकै परिस्थिती मा उत्प्रेरणा जगाउने र सहि मार्गनिर्देश गर्ने कुरामा हाम्रा प्रशिक्षकहरु अब्बल हुनुहुन्छ। आउनुहोस्, तपाईंहरुलाई स्वागत गर्न यो शिक्षालय सधैं आतुर छ, तपाईंको उज्वल भविश्यको लागि साझेदारी गर्न सिक्षालय् सदैब तयार छ र शिक्षालयमा शिक्षण-सिकाइ कृयाकलाप तथा विद्यार्थीको अन्य बौद्धिक क्षमता अभिब्रिदी गर्न गर्नु पर्ने सहयोगको लागि म सधैं तयार छु।

Education is what remains after one has forgotten what one has learned in school. The ambiance Agro- Forestry Polytechnic Institute has created helps recall both education and what he/she has learned. The study environment provided by the collage management and dedication of the teachers is admirable. Technology alone isn’t going to improve student’s achievement but combination of dedicated teachers and management providing atmosphere for learning can make it worthy which was visible being at AFPI.
